Announcing Lowhill Stitchers!

Lowhill Stitchers  is a new knit and crochet group dedicated to create warm clothing (hats, blankets,  shawls, etc) for those dealing with homelessness, domestic violence, home-bound, and medical concerns. Do you knit, crochet, sew? Or want to learn? Basic instruction will be available. All yarn will be supplied. Bring your favorite patterns, knitting needles or crochet hooks, or you may borrow from our limited stash. If you don’t want to knit or crochet, you can help by sewing blanket squares, packaging finished pieces, or helping with distribution. We look forward to working with you to keep our neighbors warm! Questions? Please contact us at lowhillstitchers@gmail.com.

Upcoming dates and times:  Wednesdays, Jan 18, Feb 15, March 15, April 19, May 19; 7PM – 8PM (summer dates and hours TBA) in the Social Hall.
